Naturex is committed to ensuring a safe shopping environment for our customers. Your purchase details and personal information remain safe and secure regardless of the payment method you choose.


PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your Naturex purchases with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards online, by fax or by telephone. PayPal is also available for online transactions. Your purchase is billed to your credit card or PayPal at the time you place your order. Your Naturex products are shipped from our warehouse within two business days. Shipping in North America usually takes between one day to one week, depending on your location; international orders take longer.

Online

Select the Credit Card payment option when completing your online purchase. For your protection, we do not keep your credit card information on our servers: all transactions are processed by InternetSecure, our payment service provider located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This eliminates any risk to you in the event of an unlikely security breach to our systems.

By fax

Select the Fax Order Form payment option when completing your online purchase. Print the form and write your credit card information in the space provided, including the 3 or 4 digit security code that is located on the back of the card. Fax the completed form to +1.819.671.5187. We shred the faxed form once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

By telephone

You may provide your credit card information to a Naturex customer service associate if you are hesitant about using your credit card online.

** PayPal - Canada, United States and International **

We accept PayPal for customers located in all countries. Simply select the PayPal payment option when completing your online purchase.


TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders shipped to an address in Canada are subject to Canadian sales taxes. Use the chart below to determine the taxes that apply to your order.

* HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is a combination of GST and PST.
** Québec PST (7.5%) is calculated using the cost of the item plus GST.


All orders shipped to an address outside of Canada are NOT subject to Canadian sales taxes. However, many countries levy duties, taxes and import fees on shipments from foreign countries. The recipient of the order is responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and import fees. International orders may be opened by official Customs Agents for review of their contents.

Orders shipped outside North America do not qualify for 'free shipping' promotions.
